About the Series

Maintaining calm, consistency, and freedom within limits can be challenging, especially during transitions, afterschool hours, and emotionally heightened moments.

This three-part online series offers practical, real-world strategies that assistant teachers, auxiliary staff, and afterschool educators can use immediately. Each session focuses on a common classroom challenge and provides tools for strengthening routines, setting respectful boundaries, supporting independence, and responding to disruption with greater confidence.
