for Assistant Teacher

About the Course

​

Many adults in a Montessori classroom may not be formally trained, but are still integral to the classroom environment.

​

This 1-day training course offers an overview of the Practical Life area, including principles behind the materials and design as well as the benefits of these materials. It also provides strategies for effectively dividing classroom Practical Life lessons into multiple steps.

​

The goal of this workshop is to help participants understand the Montessori Practical Life curriculum area and its materials to better support the lead teacher in the classroom. ​
