Back to The Future, A Roundtable for Montessori School Leaders

Ten school leaders gathered to discuss challenges and solutions in education. The conversation focused on revisiting Montessori philosophies, teacher retention, and training needs, with participants sharing insights and strategies to strengthen their schools.

Assistant Teacher Training 

We welcomed 38 participants from nine institutions across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The workshop covered Montessori philosophy, classroom leadership, and observational techniques to enhance teaching effectiveness. Participants found the experience transformative, leaving inspired and motivated.

Introduction to Practical Life
for Assistant Teacher

Attendees had the chance to learn about the categories of Practical Life, how lessons are broken down into logically sequenced steps, and what are the design principles that teachers use to set up materials.

Blue Skies or Turbulence, A Roundtable Discussion of Heads of Schools

This facilitated roundtable discussion was about challenges and solutions related to staffing and teacher training. The attendees shared stories and discussed ideas and solutions that they could use in their schools.
